This section is a real challenge for the tough dogs! Starting from Černá v Pošumaví, you'll set off across fields and asphalt, but in the second half, you'll hit a forest trail packed with roots. Expect rolling terrain, narrow paths, mud, and a constant game of "up and down".

The finish line brings you to Frymburk – a historic town on an old trade route, whose original stone bridge from 1305 now rests at the bottom of Lake Lipno. Frymburk burned down completely several times in the past (let's hope you don't suffer the same fate), but today it boasts spa town status, famous for its peat baths. Although your shaky legs at the handover will be begging for some spa treatment, after this grueling run, you'd better hand over the baton straight away at the finish and take a deep breath!
