You're running through places deeply loved by the famous Bohemian Forest poet and writer Adalbert Stifter, a native of Horní Planá. Before the lake flooded the valley, there used to be a picturesque riverbed of the Vltava. Today, this flat section will give you a proper speed test in the heart of the Lipno nature.
